BUG: The Blacksmith's Fate - Mother Aza'na and Anub'illith not spawning

After finding the blacksmith, you are supposed to slay Mother Aza’na nd Anub’illith. Neither of them are spawning

I have the same problem, my guild friends are able to do the quest, but I can’t.
When I enter the quest area the enemies disappear. I tried to complete it with a friend who was on the same quest, but when I enter the area, I get a different phase from him and all NPC’s and enemies disappear …

I am having this same issue. Can’t complete the quest because of the phase. Area is empty and the quest objectives do not spawn.
