[BUG] The Bitter End Quest is not showing up standing next to Kolgar Flameguard and Duroz Scaletaker. They do not offer a quest.
It’s not bugged just timed. Come back after reset. 
Was last tuesday the reset – ie the first one, or is tomorrow Dec 12 the first one?? If it was last Tuesday dec 6, I still cant progress and dont have it. If its tomorrow then I will wait and see, but my hunch is this is a bug, or a major problem with my progress in the zone for rep/
i too had the same problem i am trying to complete the stories for my main and i am paused and stuck with continuing the bitter end quest line.
