Bug: soulburn->demonic circle: teleport only provides 3 second buff

As the title Indicates; If you use soulburn followed by demonic Circle: teleport, you only get three seconds of the 50% movement speed increase+ immunity to snares and roots.

If you read the soulburn talent however, the buff is intended to last 6 seconds. If you don’t believe me, go give it a try and read the talent.

Were you engaging in PvP? Pretty sure the duration is reduced in PvP combat

It’s 3 seconds even outside of combat and WM off.
