How about Blizzard/Microsoft does their job and releases a game that doesn’t have bugs in the first place?
If you submit a bug, it may never get fixed. It may never get looked at with the current system.
Bug reports deserve prompt responses with actual effort behind them. They deserve a response and actual action when action is appropriate.

how is that even possible, when some bugs don’t present themselves until they hit live servers?
I’d prefer they spend time actually fixing them, instead of wasting time posting responses.
A lot of players have been experiencing screen freezing issues since the Goblin patch, and so far this has not been fixed, nor has there been any response regarding it. Dawnbreaker has also had the same bugs since the first season.
there have been multiple reports of people having issues due to an update with… idk, a video driver or some jazz.
that’s not a blizzard problem.
people forget to check and see if that need to be updated first

This is probably something that has never happened in the history of humankind… Every piece of software has bugs in it because humans are fallible.
I’ve had this hourglass buff on my characters since DF and can’t click it off.

There are usually folk over in tech support who can inform which is the best driver version to roll-back to

pretty sure that’s never been a thing.
The PTR is very much a thing anyone can download at any time.
Every expansion since mists (and possibly earlier mists is just the first one I noticed) has had an open beta period where anyone can log in specifically to stress the servers.
ptr isn’t open beta.
server stress tests also aren’t open beta.
stress tests are exactly what they sound like… they’re not for bug finding, they’re for uh… stress testing.
