Bug Report - Schematic: Pale Regal Cervid - Achievement Completed, Schematic NOT Received & NO Craft Option

Hi there,

I completed the “Cyphers of the First Ones” achievement on my Rogue, which should reward the “Schematic: Pale Regal Cervid.” However, I did not receive the schematic in my mail or bags, and it is not available at the Protoform Mount Forge.

Details:

  • Achievement completed on a single character (Rogue) with the Protoform Mount Forge unlocked.

  • Checked all other characters for access to the forge itself; no other ones have it unlocked thus no schematic found.

GM Responses:

  1. First GM suggested checking other characters mail, bags and the forge. No schematic was found.

  2. Second GM confirmed that my Rogue completed the quest and stated the schematic should no longer be required. They advised me to report the issue here if I couldn’t craft the Pale Regal Cervid.

I have screenshots available for reference and am happy to provide any additional information needed. This appears to be a bug related to the account-wide/warband feature.

Yeah, a similar experience here, but I did acquire the schematic and submitted it to the forge as of yesterday. It seems this has been a problem since the zone’s release. Some are holding hope that the next patch might fix this based on vague notes.
