Bug Report: List of Legacy Quest Bugs

I am part of the collecting community with WoW, and in order to track my progress throughout the game I use the website DataforAzeroth and the addon ALL THE THINGS. The range in what players within these communities varies quite a bit, with many tracking the completion of every available quest. The reason I mention of all of this is twofold:

1. This list is not my own, but rather a comprehensive list from the community of what is broken.
2. This may impact players (from a collecting perspective), but also 3rd party tracking.

I was the original author of this list, (thank you Qyune for posting this!)
The intent of it is to provide a one stop shop for the legacy bug team to find all the information the community has gathered to help make the fixing as smooth as possible,

There hasn’t been to much additional information gathered but there is a bit:
Name: The Battle for Alterac
ID: 7142
Additional info: this quest can still be completed from the previously mentioned sharing, and the followup Hero of Frostwolf works just fine, the problem appears to be that in order to accept the quest, you have to be in the battleground, but the NPC questgiver only appears outside the zone.

is that they require either 30638,30637 or 30654 as a prereq, all of which are impossible to complete post 5.4,

Much to learn, the book object (210051) “To be a Pandaren” isn’t spawning either,
Additionally, when the horde and alliance race ID’s where added to wandering isle quests for race changed characters to be able to complete the zone, Much to learn appear to have been overlooked as they only have the neutral panda race ID

Hi! To add one more to the list that I have found recently after faction changing:

Battle for Azeroth: Tides of War sends you to the war room to listen in, but there are no NPCs there and the quest is impossible to complete, making it also impossible to get to Zandalar as alliance without a dungeon portal / summon because you cannot complete the rest of the quests to unlock the zones.

I looked into this, and I was unable to reproduce it so I didnt add it to the list, it was either fixed or something I couldnt manage to have happen to my character

The list in the bug section has been majorly updated to the best of my current knowledge with some new info,
