After reaching Renown 13 with the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club, I am unable to progress further because Paula Piranha keeps offering me the Silver Gallagio Card quest, even though I’ve already completed the Gold and Platinum quests earlier. When I try to turn in “Loyal Customer: Silver,” I get the error:
“Turn in for ‘Loyal Customer: Silver’ failed. This quest’s unique reward already exists in your inventory: remove it to complete this quest.”
I’ve followed all known steps:
- Abandoned all “Loyal Customer” quests
- Deleted all versions of Gallagio Cards (Silver, Gold, etc.)
- Relogged and reloaded UI
- Tried reaccepting quests from Paula Piranha
- Submitted a GM ticket (was told to report the bug here)
Despite this, my renown is now stuck — I no longer gain any Gallagio rep from raid bosses, vaults, or Cartel Chip purchases. Paula continues to offer only the Silver card, and my Gallagio progress is blocked.
Request:
Please review and fix this quest progression desync between Loyalty Card quests and Gallagio renown. Many others are stuck in the same situation (different renown level but same issue) with no way forward. Either allow the Silver card to be bypassed, or enable a catch-up flag to resync quest/card state with actual renown level.
