Bug Information:
The World Quest in The Emerald Dream zone - Flight of the Dragons will not give credit correctly if you use your own personal dragonriding mount. However, If you use the green drake that is provided, You can do this quest no issue.

I ran into this issue before. While doing the story on my warlock accidentally ran into one of the proto drakes. Seems like a phasing bug.
Experienced the same exact issue; the quest doesn’t seem to want to let you use your own dragon to complete the quest currently.
Green drake is at 35.19, 35.07
