Bug Information:
I had received the Pirate’s Booty loot box last time Plunderstorm was Live during the expansion, Dragonflight.
Community Manager, Kaivax, Had posted in This Thread on the Plunderstorm Forum, That anyone who grinded 5,000 Plunder during Plunderstorm would receive a Pirate’s Booty loot box in their mailbox.
However, I was reading the thread I linked above and everyone who had received it during the first time this event was up, Never received it this time around - Myself included.
I’m not sure why we never recieved one this time around as this is a new expansion. So posting a Bug Report here on the matter. Hoping this gets looked at so everyone can receive it for their free piece of Heroic raid based loot!

I received it both times, so I don’t think the two are related at all.
Same, I got it last time and now.
I know a friend had it show up on a random bank alt. They couldn’t recall if they were logged into that character when the hotfix was implemented or not.
You might try logging into other characters and see if they got it in the mail. The items are warbound at least so you can send them wherever they are needed.
I’ve also not received anything. Checked mail on all toons.
same here, i checked every single alt (twice), even those i haven’t been on lately

I’ve also received nothing. I’ve checked my alts, I’ve easily gotten over 5k plunder as I’ve bought multiple mounts this time around.
Same for me.
Logged on more than a dozen characters. Nothing. No mail icon on any.
Opened a ticket, got a message that pointed to a blue post saying “that it was fixed” and there was nothing they could do. That I should open a bug report. Over 10K plunder total. over 5k still available.
yeah it has nothing to do with dragonflight,
I hadn’t played since battle for azeroth and have not received anything just poor testing
I was hoping that today’s patch fixed it, then i realized it was probably fixing something from 3 weeks ago.
been close to 72 hours and i have yet to receive mine as well
I am experiencing the same problem.
Same issue here. No mail on any toon even though I got the “Decked Out” achievement for collecting 25,000 plunder.
I have not received this item either… Checked all toons, the part that’s a real drag about this is the fact that the new patch is on the way and this item will be irrelevant by the time a fix will go out for people who never received the Pirate’s Booty item. It would have been cool to gamble gear an alt…
Adding my voice; same situation. Tickets keep saying ‘check your alts, especially the character that first got the achievements’ but its clear NONE of my alts have mail involving the item in question.
The character that got the achievement is listed as “My Warband”… Do we only get it if we go through the PVP queue as opposed to logging into the Plunderstorm game mode at the loading screen?
How long did it take to show up in your mail? And did the character have a mail icon on the character screen?
Didn’t get anything and I’m well above the 5k requirement, even the previous 15k one.
I didnt play the first time, i’m well past 5k requirement now, and still havn’t received anything.
So I guess since this is for a season 1 heroic item and the lack of progress/update on this those of us that did not get the booty are just SOL since patch is two weeks away? Very poor form, Blizzard.
