Bug Information:

When you go to loot the 6th Celebration Crate that became available as of today - There is an issue with the elevator that will disconnect you from the game server.

I went onto the elevator to get to the 2nd floor and when the elevator started to go up, I was immediately disconnected. When I logged back in, I was next to the crate. But when I went to go back down, I got disconnected again.

Workaround: don’t use the elevator. Just swim up or down through the elevator shaft (avoiding the elevator platform).

But yes, WowHead even warned about the disconnect bug in their writeup.

I was disconnected and now I can’t log into the game anymore. Every time I try to log into my account I get logged out.

I managed to log in after 5 attempts (I also deleted the Cache, I don’t know if this is related).
