Hello,
Upon logging into the game today, I’ve noticed my progress for the achievement Ramparts Racer reset on me. I went from (3) wins back to (1) win towards this achievement.
Figured I would post this so it could be addressed!

I just logged in about 30m ago and noticed I went from 5/10 to 1/10 for this achievement.
Did not lost any progress on Parasoling achievement though.
Also my statistics page reset a ton of info, possibly related?

I keep losing progress to this achievement randomly. It is EXTREMELY inconvenient knowing that I continually have to keep checking up on this. Not only that but the amount of time wasted trying to attempt this is unfair to someone who pays to play the game. I should not have to put time into the game just to have it lost and no timely resolution put into place to resolve it. Please restore my progress so I can complete this.

I just wanted to add to this topic that I am also having the issue where the count of my successful runs dropped from 5 to 1.
Had the same issue myself alongside everyone else. A little bit ago I think back near last Tues Reset I believe everyone’s Achievement progress started displaying as 1/10. I noticed it myself like Thursday. Nothing seems to have been fixed regarding it and been hearing on wowhead that people did it today and it didn’t increase to 2 but stayed at 1.
Don’t bother with a ticket either, you’ll just get a robo response or probably some useless ticketmaster who can’t effect any change in the game anymore and only offer advice (which is also cookiecutter or unhelpful) or just tell you to check on wowhead. I remember when ticketmasters could actually fix things in game to some degree when things happened now they just seem to blow you off, probably because the game company has your money and if you have to play a little longer to get what you should already have more money for them in the long run.

Same thing here. Had reset to 1/10 when I checked it after doing the WQ today.
I am also not getting credit despite having done this more than 6 times…
Same, at the beginning it was going up normally, then suddenly it got reset 2 times in a row. I’m now back to 1/10 x(
Did it today after this BS with it resetting to 1 and it didn’t even give me progress. They better reset this so it gives retroactive progress for all the times we did it previously or do something. I’m sure they’ll give the crap excuse of “Oh do it again until you achieve this time” nonsense they like to do.

Same thing. I completed the Parasoling achievement last night and then noticed Ramparts was reset to 1. Completed Ramparts WQ today and got no further progress, still at 1/10
Pretty frustrating, was at 7/10 and like everyone else now at 1/10. I hope this is just a display bug, because waiting months to see this thing cycle up 9 times again is not a good solution.

Not only is it reset to 1/10, but completing the world quest does not raise the counter anymore. If they’re going to fix the bug with this achievement, I hope they also fix the thing where if you are going so fast you hit the wall behind the finish line before your win registers, you are disqualified for “going off the race track” and have to do it again.
Same, super frustrating. I’ve had multiple achievements reset their count over the last few weeks.

Same here. Was 6/10 yesterday, 1/10 today. Completing the world quest did not change the counter and it stayed at 1/10.
Pretty infuriating to see my progress reset from 6/10 back to 1/10 as well. Would definitely appreciate a solution that not only fixes the bug, but restores past progress as well. :-\

same – believe I had previously accrued 3 or 4, but today noticed achievement tracking says 1 / 10 prior to WQ "It’s Race day … " – and after completion of WQ, stayed 1 / 10
As I stated on another bug thread, I was up to 6/10, then back down to 1/10 (like everyone else).
Only thing I am adding is to confirm: today the quest was up, and winning the race didn’t move the counter at all. It’s still at 1/10.
Seems like it could be related to a bunch of statistics resetting to 1, too.
