I think there is a bug in the game: I made a quest chain in the valley of the shadow moon, for the dragon of the void. Having completed the last task, to free the dragon, I did it and then they had to give me an oath and an envelope, but I didn’t see anything of this, and the orcs are still red for me, the chain was broken.
That quest was for Netherwing reputation, if you’ve done that and handed in the quest you should now be neutral with Netherwing,
