I’m at the film. The pack is sparkling near the cataloguer but I can’t interact with it. Is this a known issue? Tried logging out etc… still can’t interact with it.

I just returned to the spot with the film. There were several players there having the same issue.

Same, getting tired of tripping back and forth from Valdrakken with no result.

I heard from a GM after I put in a ticket. It is being investigated. He suggested a workaround was to switch on WM and try it, but that didn’t work for me.
This did not work for me either. Nor did flying back and forth (which is a long flight btw).
It was bugged for me too. I tried WM and hopped a flight to Shady then flew from there and it worked, so you don’t have to do the manual flight. I was lucky and got it on the first run. This really needs to get fixed as it totally gates you from completing a main story arc prior to the expansion, especially as many people don’t realize it’s broken.

UPDATE: With the weekly reset, I turned on WM and used flightpath to get to the film and it worked.
