Went to buy some of these to gear another alt and the VI is now 150 gold per, was around 5 gold when I bought them yesterday.
I know the new event starts next week, was just curious if this was intended (a stealth nerf) or a bug.

It’s intended – otherwise, there’d be a GIGANTIC gold shuffle (and consequently, an inflation problem) involving literally every old world material, since level 65 gear sold to a vendor for anywhere from 60-90g, leading to nearly 40-70g profit per item crafted and vendored.
…kicking myself for not immediately buying 500k of the Relic of the Past VI’s at their 6 gold price…
