Bug or Feature?

I started to report this as a bug, but decided I wasn’t sure. Curious what others think. With Battle Visage toggled on, my evoker’s camera doesn’t shift up from her visage eye position when I manually trigger Visage to shift her into Dracthyr form, as it does usually when you’re not using Battle Visage.

I like using Battle Visage for the obvious reasons. But I still like the control of shifting into Dracthyr form when it feels appropriate to. The camera thing threw me for a while, I actually noticed it while in the barbershop UI, as it effects how things display there too if Battle Visage is on. So if you’re making changes to your Dracthyr form and zoom in too far, you’re looking at your stomach while trying to make changes to your face.

Still, since the entire point of Battle Visage is kind of to NOT be in Dracthyr form unless you absolutely have to be, does this even arise to the level of a bug?

What do you all think? Report it, or just get over it?

IIRC the announcement of Battle Visage included a note that there would be an adjustment to camera height to prevent the camera from constantly moving as you shift between forms while casting spells. So this seems intended; you might still manually shift to dracthyr form, but it’s safer to apply a single rule for the camera when you might re-enter battle visage.

Just turn off battle visage when you use the barber shop. Possibly worth a bug report that the barber shop should override this behavior, but they might choose not to do anything about it, if the fix would risk creating new bugs for battle visage.
