use the macro and weakaura lol it does the counting for you and even tells you the answer
How do set up WA for this?

UPVOTE! Wasted a whole freakin day doing this - even with ConCon, WA, and macro. None of that helps if ur sabotaging urself each attempt.

Yeah I had the same issue with the tables they are incorrect in some instances. You just keep going til u get lucky and get an rng roll where the tables are correct.

Figured it out. You have to reset the Enigma Machine, but hitting ā€˜BEGINā€™ again, it seemed to reset everything and that platform was no longer lit up

Iā€™ve done this secret multiple times now and each time I submit the third oneā€¦ I get zapped. I count every single rat Iā€™ve killed and check everywhere in the area. Is there a new chart for the third mechanism? Because I think the one I have when it was still at 7 locks is not the correct one.

They are not incorrect, Hint: only start once, never hit that button again.

I mean, I did it like four times the exact same way before it worked. Leading me to believe the tables were incorrect. I finally got lucky and the 3rd key actually worked according to the table. This is why I believe some of the tables are wrong.

make sure your not clicking begin every time you start another lock

I think there is a bug. I have been working on this for 3 weeks and have tried both methods. The only thing I can think of is deactivating all of my add ons except WA.

My sister said she ran across people complaining about this problem in Reddit. I thought I submitted a ticket to Blizzard, but that process is so convoluted now, who knows.

Then explain why I can get through the first two locks and every time I submit the third lock i get zapped. There is something wrong with this quest as Iā€™m not the only one going through this problem.

Me too. Iā€™m going to try the suggestion below on not hitting begin. Just wait for the rats to respawn. After that Iā€™ll try disabling my addons
