I’ve been noticing that if I complete an objective that rewards anima, and my bags are full when I complete it, then the anima reward is not counting towards the quests “Replenishing the Reservoir” and “Fair Exchange for a Soul”. I get the anima reward in the mail, but even upon retrieving it from the mailbox, I still don’t get credit. This has happened to me multiple times, and it’s rather annoying.

Sadly, the same thing is happening to the wife and me. We just played all night and deposited close to 1800 mana (and 20 souls from the Maw) into our sanctum/reservoir but the count quest count for “Fair Exchange for a Soul” never budged from the previous number (630/1000). Hope this gets fixed soon!

Agreed this beyond frustrating, and I cant even drop and redo the quest making it a waste of time. so what if I got the anima in the mail what difference does it make?
Maybe it should be treated as currency which it is once deposited, its not like I can mail it to another toon anyway. that would eliminate the bag space issue all together. At the very least would like response to this issue from blizz.

Several times I have tried to complete this quest on different alts, only once has it worked. If you are not going to bother to fix it, then make it so I can remove the quest marker off the npc so I don’t inadvertently pick it up, or maybe I’ll bloody join the exodus!!
