The last group that has this buff to kill to clear that off the delve list will not despawn giving me credit and I am stuck on 1/2 complete. I have killed all creatures around him and he’s just hanging out there not doing anything so I cannot complete this task.

I’m having the same problem. I think it’s because some of the mobs don’t die, they give up and despawn, and the game doesn’t recognize that as them being defeated.
Came here to also report this bug. A couple of the enemies he was empowering surrendered, causing him to bug out as they weren’t killed.
Same issue.
When a group of initiates is empowered by Zekvir’s Influence and they surrender “This isn’t worth it, I’m going home” the influence isn’t cleared and it affects the end of Delve’s rewards.
Saw this same issue last night. The final empowered mob of the group was a Nightfall Initiate who “surrendered,” so the group didn’t trigger as cleared and I didn’t get credit.
