I hit 60, performed the torghast and korthia skips. Unlocked all soulbinds, even reached level 80 renown in the Kyrian covenant. I am still missing a follower, Pelagos is not available for me. I took a screenshot and made a ticket, it was closed 3 times and reopened 3 times by people who copy/pasted some useless information about how to use soulbinds straight out of a response book.
Not a single person has read or understood my actual problem, so I am trying here now. I am so frustrated. All I want is to use my wisps of memory and other follower experience items on pelagos to level him up like the others, or even just send him on missions–but he is MiA. He does not exist for me. The soulbind is there and active, I can use it. But I do not have him as a follower. This is clearly a bug.
Please, someone who speaks and understands english, read this and help me out. I am so sick of these tickets getting auto closed with copy/paste canned responses that don’t address my issue.
You posted in the wrong forum for that. Bug Reports is for players to report bugs in the game for the developers to fix. No one from the Blizzard team actually interacts with the players in this particular subforum; it’s completely one-way.
Edit your post to move it to Customer Support, where it may get some attention from fellow players and maybe a Support Forum Agent.
But keep in mind: posting in the forum is not a substitute for a ticket, and if a ticket can’t help, neither can the forum. At best, you’ll get suggestions for things that you can do to fix your situation, if such exists.
If I could post screenshots of my ticket I would show you the link, DIRECTLY TO THIS FORUM, for where to post about this issue. And then they closed my ticket. The GM told me to post about it here and not make a ticket. This is madness, round and round.
I does sound like a bug which means you’re right to post it here so it can (maybe) be fixed in the future, but you just won’t receive an immediate solution from Blizzard here.
