I was in 10 man raid at Obsidian Sanctun. Boss dropped loot normally, i won the mount . All good so far, the thing is, the item wasn’t in my bag. I didnt receive it.
The item in cuestion is “Reins of the Black Drake”
I wanted to share a screenshot but didn’t know how. The screenshot shows that I won the item. but its not in bag, nor learned in Mount Journal.
The system always works fine, I never check the corpses of boss. This was “group loot” I have the SS that show i won the item. 5 min later i wanted to check the item, and it wasnt in my bag, nor learned.
