BUG:
Kobold Digger level 12 inside a cave in Westfall at low health run’s in fear a super super fast movement speed rates on the level of a Rogue’s Sprint ability. Even with Warrior Hamstring -40% movement speed debuff applied!
This Kobold Digger out runs player run speeds and i am unsure if this is intended or not so i am just posting here incase other players notice the issue as well!
