When I got past level 10 I went to Ironforge for training my spells and were not able to do that. After interacting with any of the Mage Trainer NPCs, clicking in any of the options would lead me to a prompt asking me to “reset talents”, none of the options would show the regular spell training window. I’m not sure if there’s any other NPC that have this issue, Stormwing trainers were working fine.
Important to say also that I had no Addons enabled, I even double checked and restarted the game.
I have the same issue at level 12. Went to trainer in Ironforge and only have the option to untrain my spells. Also tried Stormwind. Tried no addons, same issue, tried backing up WTF folder and same issue also.
I went to mage trainer at Goldshire and was able to train spells there.

Same thing happened to me on my Priest in Org. UC trainers also wouldn’t train new spells, just triggered prompt to reset talents. Trainer in Brill however trained new spells (perhaps because this trainer doesn’t have option to reset talents)
I tink you need be alliance to train from ironforge. If you are warlock on horde you cannot use trainer in ironforge for mage. You need warlock trainer in orgrimmar.

Undead Trainer in Undercity (all three) does not let you learn any spells.

Yes this happened to my mage in Ironforge. I took the tram to stormwind to get FP and it works fine there. Should also work on trainers outside of cities that cannot reset talents.
They may have fixed SW in the patches yesterday but can confirm as of now it works in SW.
