Hi, I just wanted to let you know that running a fast mythic Sanctum Of Damnation for transmog/mount, I found a bug, when you use the Kel’Thuzad portal to the Phylactery the dude inside is not there, so you can’t finish the fight, it’s from 11.0.5 patch since last night this wasn’t happening. Thanks in advance for any assistance on the matter.

Yep, upvote and reply to any thread about this, see if we can get it on the known issues, and get it hotfixed this week prior to reset.

Pounded my head against this “missing remnant” for about 45 minutes before I looked it up. You are 100% correct. The Remnant that is supposed to be down in the Phylactery is not there. I hope they fix it soon. I am trying to finally finish my Mog.
Here’s a workaround for the invisible things in the N’zoth and Kel’thuzad fights.
Enable mouse-over casting in options and then target their unit frame from the right side of the screen - the encounter frames. Shows all the important NPCs like Psychus and KT’s ghost.
Have been able to clear them that way.
Haven’t tried on melee but I am sure it works since the NPC is there but invisible and untargetable as long as they get in melee. Also, if you have another NPC targeted it seems to not work so try targeting yourself or kill the trash and ensure you have no active target.

Definitely not just mythic. Fragment isn’t present on normal either.
Another way is non-target AoE. Thanks to the DK that told me that last night.
If you have any aoe spells, you can cast then in the middle of the room where the Remant is not appearing. As a frost mage, I was able to do this with Frozed obs, blizzard and some arcane explosion all around in 3-4 waves
Can confirm. Remnant is invisible and not targetable.

I have killed him with all my characters so far, you have to activate the mouse over cast on the combat options, when you go inside the portal, wait a couple seconds and the name of the mob will appear with his healthbar at the right side of the screen, hover the mouse over his bar then cast any spells and you will hit him.
