Okay, so I think there’s a bug here. I accepted the quest “The New You” went to the bank, got the currency then got all the items; reqired, bling, sunglasses and shirt. Went back to Sassy Hardwrench the Executive Assistant and turn in “The New You”. The three items disappeared from my inventory - I should add I did try to equipe them first but couldn’t. I can see the quest marker on the minimap for “Life of the Party” but Candy Cane has no marker in game and does not give the quest. Nothing showing in my collections either.

Same Here. I even deleted the toon and remade her in case I missed something .I also couldn’t equip items. I don’t know how to continue
