The lure that gets placed on your character’s head for the Vashj’ir quest “Here Fishie Fishie” breaks when you use a mount. When a mount is summoned, the lure gets stuck to where you summoned the mount (resulting in the lure stretching out from the mount summon point) and is only fixed by re-taking the quest from the quest giver.
