Where is this at?
It WAS a Deathstalker hero talent but it was allegedly removed in June. However, it still shows up in the combat log and is active in game to some extent despite not being in any tooltips or skills?
If anyone finds (or can find) documentation on it being baked in somewhere that’d be helpful. Just so funny that they ‘removed’ this only to leave it in game but it looks like it’s not active for all rogues which is even more weird.
Edit: Figured it out. If you spec into Ethereal Cloak (hero tree, left side) then it also gives you flensing knives. Some weird bug from when it was removed. So until they fix that, if you don’t spec into Ethereal you’re taking a DPS loss.
