When I am at a hawk sitting on a rock, I click on the hawk and then click on the cage. Nothing happens. I move around the area close by it, try again, no luck. I click off of the hawk, click the cage, nothing happens. I try different hawks, nothing happening. I have plenty of Fjord grubs.
Now, sometimes, it works, sometimes, it doesn’t. I have to run away and try again in a few minutes, and that same hawk will then allow me to click the cage to let the falcon out. I understand there is a cooldown too.
I was finally able to complete the quest, but took me probably 20 minutes when it shouldn’t have.
