Turning experience off puts a player in the experience on bracket. If you open the xpoff person in Stormwind / Orgrimaar and have the window open, accept the enter battleground and then quickly turn off exp, you can join the battleground and have XP off. This twink has been in SEVERAL battlegrounds with me today. I’ve leveled 3 times, he’s leveled none. Granted, he’s 39, but we’ve had several victories, he should have leveled at least once.
