So I noticed that when running the creation core talent, when i drop a cloudburst after dropping most totems, the cd of the non-cloudburst totem does not get reset. So for example, if i drop capacitor totem followed by a cloudburst, the capacitor totem will not be reset. If I drop capacitor totem followed by 1 cloudburst leaving me with 0 charges of cloudburst, the capacitor totem is not reset and both charges of cloudburst are refunded, even when only 1 of my last 2 totems were it. This becomes annoying because occasionally in keys I want to try to reset another totem besides cloudburst but I cannot if i dropped a cloudburst after it. It also consumes both totem resets into cloudburst even if cloudburst has a charge remaining, causing the talent to waste a reset. This is either not intended or just very poorly designed and who knows if or when this would be addressed.
