Purchased a contract off the auction house - Contract: The Severed Threads and it’s not rewarding any rep with The General, The Vizier, or The Weaver when you complete a world quest.

So, it looks like the contract only rewards reputation for world quests that you have not ever completed on your account. So it’s a one-and done kind of deal. Which I don’t think is intended and a serious bug.
Edit - Just so I am clear - I am only not getting rep with general, vizier, weaver for world quests I have not completed on my account. Any other quest does not reward rep. I did max out another rank of the weaver today which awarded the 2500 rep with Severed Threads. So that part is working.

Same, Dornogal contract not working either sucks to spend 40k on a r3 contract and get nothing

Can confirm this is still happening. I just completed a world quest on my main and it didn’t give me any rep while I had the buff from Contract: The Severed Threads that gives reputation to The General, The Vizier, and The Weaver when you complete any world quest.
still bugged, just did 5 wqs and no rep gain
Using fresh TWW contract this week, and some world quests give rep, some do not. Blizzard please fix. It should not matter if I have ever done the world quest or not, it’s a contract, it should always give rep, I mean it’s only 15, it’s not gonna ruin the game lol.
This is STILL a bug as of 11/13/2024. Not getting any rep from my hallowfall arathi contract that I spent 8k on whatsoever. Blizzard owes all of us some reputation gain, because this is unacceptable.
the world quests state that the rep gain is a one-time warband reward. OK, fine. that’s clear. the contracts do NOT state that the extra rep is only awarded when completing WQ that grant rep. it just says “completing WQ”, So we should still get the extra 15 rep.
