Having the same error myself. >__<
I found someone’s reply on the NPC’s page and tried their solution and it worked! You can change your spec from Affliction to Demonology/Destruction and the Imp Mother Dyala is accessible! Once I did that, I changed back to Affliction and there she was! Accessible!!
