Bug Can't Get Rune now

I just turned in the Rosary to Brother Atticus’s Ghost with full bags. It said “inventory full” but the NPC still disappeared, the rosary was consumed, and I did not get the rune item. Other people are reporting the same bug on other websites. Can a GM please help me get this rune reward?

I have run into the same issue. I can’t get this rune now. GM Please Help!
