I am currently unable to choose a covenant after leveling from the Dragonflight event and there is no npc who shows to give fated quest so I can skip campaign and choose a covenant
They removed Threads of Fate in phase 2 of the prepatch. The only way now to get a covenant is to do all the storyline quests. I have heard there will be a skip for level 70’s after the expansion is released.
