If you have 2 characters with the same first name but different last names you cannot restore the character if its deleted it says “There is already an active character with that name. You can’t restore this character at this time”

Is that what the issue I am having as well is? I have multiple Sapporas lol.
Yes correct there was also a bug with the mail where if you had 2 characters with the same first name it would say you can’t send mail to yourself (from 1 char to the other with same first name diff last name) pretty sure they fixed that.
They still have no fixed this issue despite it being reported multiple times with the tools in game and 2 forum posts.
