I just full cleared the delve on T9 trying to find the last nemesis pack and chalked it up to a bugged spawn, instead the pack spawned during the Xeronia phase which makes it pretty annoying since they are rooting you through the whole phase. This happened to me once before on a lower tier run, but did not realize what was going on until this run.
I am assuming this is not intentional.
