The quest for the Mage Wand Progression Chain titled Hidden Secrets is currently bugged. When trying to continue the quest at Magus Tirth in the Shimmering Flats the NPC provides no dialogue. I have completed the pre-requisite Journey to the Marsh (also tried to abandon/logout/etc).

Just ran into the same problem. Still bugged.
No way to progress. Doesn’t say anything when I talk to him.
How is it a core class quest line can be broken and unaddressed? Epic fail.
