The quest, “Something Not Ruined”* has been bugged for about a week now. Clicking on a Taro and pulling it does nothing.
This quest is required for this expansions’ main meta achievement, “All The Kahz”.

Confirmed. Over a week now and this quest cannot be completed.

i cant imagine its a complicated fix, either. yet its holding up thousands of people from completing the main meta achievement of this expansion.
