This droprate is abysmal. I got only two going through all of ulduar. Only got a second one because of the guarantee from yogg. Only took two weeks to get Thunderfury. And even then running molten core on each character got more binding drops than a full run of ulduar for the fragments.
Well, youve had 14 years to get them. Make sure youre doing hard modes when you can. Yes it will take some time. No they wont go back and buff drops on an item that is that old.
