Just Rogue in PvP in general, Sub in particular.
It might suck to be a Rogue in PvE but they are also a top tier dps still, except for Assassin. Sorry Assassin 
Sub is like top 5 at the moment though, and Outlaw has been in the best ST state it has been since release.
