Some of these may be fried but most of them would be good changes:
Enhance:
Make ghost leap a 10 second cooldown. Make spirit walk give slow immunity same with windwalk totem. Make cap stun 4 second for enhance only.
Rsham:
link and tide are untargettable by players. Having your only major cooldowns be able to insta die is trash design.
give all shaman specs a magic alternative for hex on the same talent node as hex.
aff:
revert shadow bolt nerfs.
destro:
nerf chaos bolt by like 10% and buff incinerate by 50% so you arent forced to play with rogue or feral to be able to land kills.
While in pvp combat channel demonfire doesnt split between targets and sends all demonfire to primary target
make lock wall for all specs 50% baseline so its a real cd. 3 min cd for a 40% wall u can easily die through instantly is bad design.

revival and restoral cooldown is unnerfed if it heals 4 or less players.
pres:
null shroud unpurgable but now only last 20 seconds
emerald comm works through diamond ice and los and clone
dk:
ibf 90 sec cooldown instead 2 min
boomy:
revert nerfs to burst damage
fire mage:
make ignite pump like it did in s4 dragonflight. Doesnt make sense fire is the lowest damage spec but also the easiest to kill.
Remove new ring of fire for all mage specs and bring back old ring of fire for fire mage only
Sp:
given fast cast door of shadows.
Once every 30 seconds your next feather grants you slow immunity for its duration
mind blast, dark ascension and void erupt are default insta cast.
Disperse cooldown inceased to 2 minutes instead of 90 seconds.
