Buff the mediocre specs:

Love how everyone perpetuates this myth that outlaw is so OP even though you literally never see them in arenas outside of AWC

But yeah, current outlaw has too much cc for them to buff it’s damage because it’s already strong in RMP

Wish they would redesign it, take away its cc and give it good dps again

being a stun bot is so boring, that should be subs job

makes it an awful spec in shuffle when you’re not playing with a frostmage or destro to set them up

I actually agree w most of these changes. Even the sp ones, as an sp main.

Playing with a lock on my team and also fighting against locks I have never seen a class just die through their primary major long cooldown defensive as much as I see locks do. Locks do not feel very durable this season from my pov.

For example if a ww is max bursting on your lock who walls at full hp with like a commet storm combo from a frost mage and you get incapped roar into full clone your warlock is 100% dead there if he does not overlap other defensives like port or hs.

A 3 minute cooldown defensive should be a garuntee save.

I’ve been saying this a lot - nerf our burst somewhat and put it back into our sustained damage - buff scourge strike/clawing shadows and diseases especially. Right now we’re just a one trick pony that is gimped after our burst ends.

This part I do agree with, especially when you put it that way. Bubble is a 3 min cd. Lay is a 3 minute cd.

Wall could definitely be stronger.

Well not to be too technical, but when getting max benefit from healing hands, loh can be reduced to a 2.8 min cd, and bubble is base 5 min, reduced by 30% via talent to 3.5 min cd.

Amazing how a class can be D tier and OP at the same time according to these forums…

No. Not ever. They’ve gone for literal years now being the #1 PvP spec and they don’t need any “love” whatsoever. If you’re playing a brewmaster and not succeeding, you are using your feet on the keyboard and have two eye patches on IRL. It’s literally the easiest to play, and best spec there is right now and it’s been that way for too long.

Brewmaster Monk in PvP is the best spec by far. It’s not just strong, it is the most overpowered, braindead God-Mode spec in existence. Literally, there is no competition or anything that can touch it. You have brain rot if you believe otherwise. Every mechanic is designed to be broken and can win matches by their self. At best you delay the inevitable. Stagger itself makes damage received drop to absolute zero. It actually almost heals you. Stupid. Anyways, Burst damage is irrelevant. You slam all your CDs into them, and they seem like a disconnected player while doing so. It’s truly so bad that even Chaos Bolt is like an ant bite. You could have five players attacking you at once, and you’re basically a playable form of Turnip Punching Bag. It’s THAT bad. People burn every cooldown and still cannot kill you. The matches won’t even get to dampening to help mitigate any of it.

Blackout kick isn’t just an attack in the form of evasion, but when you hit the brewmaster, it’s like you’re fighting an illusion as if your character has a Delirium Tremens debuff. Blizzard really didn’t use their brains by letting them remain this way. Melee cannot land a hit half the time. It’s as if they are attacking actual air and hallucinations. Don’t even get me STARTED on how Keg Smash is basically the best god damn slow in the game. An AoE slow that is almost spammable?? LOL WHAT A JOKE. It also ramps up so much power too that Celestial Brew becomes the shield of Archangel Michael. The attacks being his sword. Rising Sun Kick hits so hard, you’d might as well laugh at Warriors being called overpowered, because in comparison, they are trash against Brewmaster. You dents actually thought Warrior is OP when these things run around. Tiger Palm makes everything so smooth flowing, you’re just basically immortal

Zen Meditation isn’t a typical CD. It makes you immune to death, and is by FAR, better than paladin bubble. Do NOT even get me started on the ridiculousness of Diffuse Magic LMAO. Absolute joke. Breath of Fire is so powerful that enemies’ attacks feel like a toddler that you tried to force to eat peas, is hitting you…

Ring of Peace is the most broken ability in the game when casted from this tank/DPS/Healer trio. It nullifies every single go ever. Grapple Weapon’s existence is beyond bad. There’s no reason to even engage them. Paralysis is just icing on the cake too.

Transcendence is not just a teleport. It RUINS the match. You escape any situation and reposition at will. You control the pace of EVERYTHING. Expel Harm and Vivify heal you so much, that you outlive nuclear bombs from 3 elemental shamans hitting you at the same time with decent positioning. Brewmaster is so strong it forces other players to change their entire game plan, for absolutely ZERO RESULTS, because they cannot even be dented. If you do dent them, it’s fake and temporary. They just go back to full health over and over.

Dematerialize gives you GM buffs, such as nearly permanent immunity to stuns and slows. OH AND LOL GRAPPLE WEAPON???

Bonedust Brew and Weapons of Order give you enough damage to destroy everything around you, so you are not just unkillable, you also deal insane God Damnage.

It is the #1 spec, period. Absolutely above S-tier. You win 1v3 situations. Brewmaster Monk is the best spec in the game. No other spec comes close.

Yet they still receive no nerfs. What a joke. Doesn’t matter what class you use, you are useless against them. If you make one and get fully geared, you’re basically a GM class as a normal player.

I love your dedication

Just need the truth to be known. Some people just don’t get it.

No thanks.

You forgot Survival, which according to my experience and chat from team mates when I que, is bottom of the barrel.

Sorry if someone already mentioned it. Not gonna read all the posts.

Inb4 “Survival is fine!!! Look at bicmex!!”

I always agree with “buff mediocre specs”. For Boomkin, I’d personally wish to see some / any / even a small defensive buff. I think our burst remains pretty sweet. I’d even prefer a consistent damage burst over it tbh.

I remember in Legion and early BfA when each spell used to feel impactful. Now it’s too “spamsurge” for my taste. But that’s just the case for every spec now tbh.

Yeah that defensive no longer means anything. And the fact that it needs another defensive overlap it’s extremely telling of that.

No, survival is very strong atm… it just has a much higher skill floor compared to mm and bm so the players of equal skill on bm who attempt transfer their skillset to survival will make the spec look like trash.

Maybe they could get another stun so they have more comp options but that is about it.

you forgot to mention nerfing lay of hands. Nerf it by 50% or make it affected by dampening.

crying about lay on hands in 2025 omegalul
