Is there a currently known addon that automatically removes buffs?
Someone is harassing me and spamming Turkey Feathers + Jack o’ Lanterned + other toys on me and I want them automatically removed.
Anyone know any good addons or weakauras to assist though?
Can just make a cancel aura macro will still require 1 click. I am not home so I don’t know what the buffs name is but can just do
/cancelaura turkey feathers
/cancelaura jack-o’-lanterned!
etc etc and so whenever someone does it you just click your keybind and it will take them all off.
Doubt there is an addon/Weakaura since they are usually not allow to click buttons for you. But I may be wrong there.
Is there a way to make a WeakAura that automatically cancels these buffs for me? I am genuinely tired of the harassment lol

No. Generally speaking, if any scripts automatically input commands then you are breaking ToS as it’s a form of automation. You will have to physically input the command. A simple cancel aura macro will accomplish what you want, but it will not trigger automatically unless you want to break rules.

Is a thing but I’m not really sure how to code or update it myself for the annoying buffs

Yeah looking at it more looks like some forms of automatically buff removers are allowed as along as its Out of combat. But seems like they are usually only made for Classic.
Sorry for necro-ing an older post, but this same question but for different reasons is what led me this thread. Once upon a time, there was an addon that I used and absolutely adored called NoBuffs. It has since been discontinued for years now and could do basically just that. It would wait for you to get hit by a buff from another player that isn’t grouped with you or whitelisted then remove it instantly. You could even set it to say different things when it wipes a buff like “The Light! It burns!” or “Gross! Keep your buffs off me!” etc.
I remember laughing so hard once because a pally kept putting Blessing of Wisdom on my warrior and the addon kept removing it. So they’d buff again and again and just wasted their time and mana thinking “one time, it’ll stick to this b*stard!” but it never did and they emptied their mana three times trying to put a worthless buff on me.
Why did I want it in the first place? Well, buffs mess with threat more than you think and I’ve gotten killed a number of times in classic on characters JUST because someone buffed me.
