God, you’re already asking to increase a XP buff which is not even in the game yet.
If your friends can’t play without a 5x buff then go play retail or buy a boost.
Emphasis is on Wrath. The majority of players subbing or logging to play at 80 or get there ASAP rounds to 100%.
Back in '09-'10, Old World activity and leveling was viewed as disconnected from the game (and greatly influenced Cataclysm design). This is an opportunity to replay Northrend and things directly related to it.
Any significant obstacles mean losses for Blizzard. My guess is the Joyous Journeys is a trial run for a permanent buff to fast-track players and retain subscriptions. I hope it happens.
Should be 100% to be consistent with SoM and because its been announced weeks ago and still not here.

We are getting 50% xp buff ontopva reduced xp per level to what you’re comparing it too. Amd when pre patch hits we’ll get another nerf to the xp per level for 1-60 and 60-70.

Not true. The leveling changes didn’t come until late into original tbc and it was growing by the millions. We got them off the bat in classic because we got a rushed accelerated timeline.

There’s disagreeing, and then there’s creating your own fantasy world where MMO’s you dislike are somehow less real. Especially troll-ish when you think Retail and any other good MMO have similar communities.

retail WoW, FF14 and ESO are solo action adventures with occasional multiplayer elements. There is no mandatory socialization outside some niche situations, most group content is randomized in a lobby and you never run into the same people again, the open world is barren and most content is instanced. They aren’t mmo’s by any stretch. There is MMO’s I don’t like, and there is games masquerading as MMO’s that stripped out any and all MMO elements.
Devolved, the community has devolved in almost every sense of the word.
Modern gamers ruin games. They cheat, are impatient, value nothing but themselves and their own time.
There is little positive to say about meta gaming and the culture it has brought with it.
The game has a bad reputation with its players and that is very well known in the entire gaming world.
Meanwhile, the same toxic community is trying to force us to interact with them and if we don’t, they’ll
get core features such as LFD removed.
This place is no longer a circus, it’s a damn asylum.
