Top unholy on patchwerk is just under 12k dps, top blood is just under 6k. That’s half last time I checked
You can tank as all three and you can dps as all three just fine in almost all content. There will be specs that perform better at dps or tanking but all three are viable. Anyone saying otherwise is concerned with progression, not overall class viability.
