Change LotFW so it grants 2 charges of stormstrike so you get more value from the resets. Take away the bonus damage if necessary.
This just needs to be baked into the spec. I’ve got 33% haste and still have no buttons to press quite often.
Agreed. 2 charges of SS just makes sense w/stormbringer and helps address a bunch of stuff.
They absolutely need to bake it in… they would prob need to remove the random ss reset proc, but I can live with that…
While they are at it frost / flame shock needs to have that shared cool down deleted and the cd on frost shock deleted in general.

No. Stormbringer stays. And that’s a big reason to give it two charges. So the procs aren’t wasted (reset w/one sec left on CD).
