This junk in m+ is soo incredibly trash now. Before the nerf it was ok i guess, now its just garbage.
It did need a nerf for raid but specifically only raid. M+ the thing was already worse then chrono now its not even close.
Consume flame in dungeons should either go back too 300% or actually make other parts of flameshaper actually matter.
Only 2 things in the whole hero tree matter, aka giving renewing blaze and consume flame. It drastically needs something more then this.
