This races racials are no good, why do both of the dwarves have an “earthen form” they can use to self cleanse debuffs. Earthen should be immune to bleeds and poisons, thank you for your attention to this matter.

The Beta forum had an excellent post trying to raise awareness of just how awful their racials are and plead with blizz to buff them.
I’m gonna go see if I can find it.

This comment sent me searching for some earthen artwork, and I got onto this bunch of concept art for them. And man, they have some amazing looks that never made it to live and now I’m sad! I want this big fancy hat!

Yeah that paladin looks like an absolute juggernaut. I don’t mind the set itself in game but it’s got nothing on the artwork.

Legit shouldnt have been added, same with diaper gnome. Basically nobody plays them.
Unfortunately, poor execution is synonymous with Blizzard at this point.
There’s a lot of good they’ve done too, but the amount of stuff that is just half-assed is also astounding.
The fact they didn’t even think about food buffs, for this race, speaks for itself.
Someone had a cool idea for them to not be able to eat food, which is neat from a lore perspective, but in-game it’s just god-awful.
Earthen should be immune to anything that stoneform is, but if they fall into a body of water, that’s it. Can’t swim. Need a winch and pulley to get them out.
Also they’re solid stone statues. Way too heavy to fly or mount.

No race has ever had a chance of getting the ability to passively ignore two forms of damage, thus letting them cheese specific PvE encounters and neutering damage taken from rogues and Feral druids in PvP, just because it would be “realistic” for a race made of stone. By that logic, they should be immune to diseases, too, so DKs would also be impacted.
Forsaken would gladly trade any of our literally useless abilities for Earthens mediocre abilities.
