Mind Control plus Talent choice. It’s really underpowered in its current state. Tames a humanoid for 30 seconds, with a two minute cooldown, and the mob attacks you when it wears off.
It’s a fun ability to allow a Disc priest some DPS and utility whilst leveling, but a 2 minute cooldown for a 30-second ability is crap, given all the caveats already involved.

That’s actually one of the limitations 
It can’t be used on players once that talent is taken. It’s strictly for mobs. It could still be a GREAT leveling talent if Blizzard would stop hating Priests.
