Destro isnt fun to play anymore. Buff wither/immolate, incinerate, conflag, and shadowburn. Set ruination to replace incinerate when it procs and not chaos bolt.

Buff rifts, i love the theme of chaos magic.
Rifts arent super terrible but shadowburn just outperforms it .

Even if Rifts are buffed to where they out dps SB, we’d still go Shadowburn for the awesome mobility.

Instant multidirectional chaos bolts is needed. I want to be able to kite with chaos bolts. I am 6% increase to speed and I still feel slow as can be in all specs.
