The shield should disarm the player it hits and give the paladin his weapons. The paladin can then cast a holy light on them to make the once soulbound item boe so the paladin can sell the weapon on the auction house.

I’m finding they lack ranged attacks and really need more. How about Gun of Vengeance?
It would be really prudent of Blizz to address Paladins lack of mobility with some kind of shapeshifting move like Druids and Shamans get. Perhaps call it Righteous Tiger Form?
Can we also please have an ETA on when the devs are adding the Orbital Ion Cannon satellite-based particle beam weapon system developed by the Global Defense Initiative? I’m sorry, but if Paladins can’t obliterate Brotherhood of Nod strongholds from several zones away with the click of a button… well, it’s just not MY Season of Discovery and I shant be playing any longer.

Avenger Shield needs to some buffs though on a serious note. It does no damage. So maybe either drop the CD down to 15 secs or buff it’s damage by 50%. Maybe both.
They need divine toll to launch 5 shields. All of which disarm, slow, prevent stealth, and interupt casting

SoD Paladin needs Divine Toll and Execution sentence to be viable.
Maybe give them 3 stacks of the mount as well so they aren’t kited.
Honestly just give us goblin rocket shoes as a boot rune.
